Council Application

New Pool Fencing requirements for Design Compliance of products used in the construction industry of pool and spa barriers are now required for building approval application.

Please note, that if these documents are to be used for your application, you will be required to provide evidence, to your council, that the products used, have or will be supplied by your fencing contractor or your application will maybe refused.

In addition to your BA2 application form, you are required to submit the following:

Two copies of your lot plans highlighting proposed fence line and gate location.
Proposed materials and method used to install your fencing. (This information can be obtained/supplied from our product test reports).
